Gold Pouches

Flexipol gold pouches are 80 micron vacuum pouches with a clear front, made for producers who need the product visible and the pack presentable. They are built for chamber machine operations, and most sizes in this range are supplied with euro holes for hanging display.

This range suits butchers, farm shops, delis, charcuterie producers and dairy processors packing retail-ready product. If you are selling from a counter, a farmers' market stall or a chilled retail shelf, the gold back and clear front give the pack a finished look without a separate label or sleeve.

Gold pouches are 80 micron, a step up in gauge from our standard 65 micron clear range. The heavier film gives better puncture resistance and a firmer pack, which matters when product is handled repeatedly on display. The clear front keeps the contents visible while the gold reverse hides the seal area and gives a consistent backdrop. Seal strength is consistent pouch to pouch, which is what counts when you are sealing hundreds a day.

These pouches are BRC AA certified, the highest food-safety grade in UK food packaging manufacture, and Flexipol is an M&S approved supplier. Gold pouches are designed for chamber vacuum machines only. They are not compatible with domestic edge sealers or FoodSaver-style units. When choosing a size, allow clearance either side of your product for the seal. Sizes in this range run from 160mm to 200mm wide, with gusseted variants marked in the product title.
