Delivery & Returns

All orders are fulfilled directly from our manufacturing facility in the UK. As a trade supplier, we aim to make ordering straightforward and reliable — whether you need a single case or a full pallet.


Delivery Information

Next-Day UK Mainland Delivery

Orders placed by 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day via overnight courier and delivered the next working day to UK mainland addresses. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery is available on all orders over £50 ex VAT. A standard delivery charge of £7.90 + VAT applies to orders below this threshold.

Large & Pallet Orders

If you are placing a large or pallet-quantity order, please contact us before ordering and we will provide a delivery quotation tailored to your requirements.

Delivery Restrictions

Our standard next-day service covers UK mainland addresses only. We are currently unable to offer standard delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or other non-mainland UK locations without prior arrangement. If you require delivery to one of these areas, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Returns & Damaged Goods

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect goods, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email orders@flexipol.co.uk with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange collection of the affected goods at no charge and resolve the matter promptly.

Returns on Unopened Stock

Unopened stock in its original, undamaged condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior authorisation. Please contact us before returning any goods — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted. Return carriage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Non-Returnable Goods

We are unable to accept returns on opened or used stock. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, any pouch stock that has been opened from its original packaging cannot be returned or credited.

Custom and bespoke orders are strictly non-returnable. This includes any orders manufactured to a specific size, specification, or print requirement. Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming bespoke purchases.


Trade Accounts

Businesses that order on a regular basis can apply for a Flexipol trade account. Approved accounts benefit from Net 30 payment terms, making it easier to manage procurement alongside your other supplier relationships.
