Delivery & Returns
Every order ships from our own UK manufacturing site. We're a trade supplier, so we've kept ordering simple whether you need one box or a full pallet.
Delivery
Next working day, UK mainland
Order by 12pm Monday to Friday and it's dispatched the same day by overnight courier for delivery the next working day. Orders after 12pm go out the following working day.
Delivery charges
Free on orders over £120 ex VAT. Below that, a flat £7.90 + VAT.
Large and pallet orders
Online orders are capped at £2,000. For pallet quantities or anything above that, contact us first and we'll quote delivery for your address and volume.
Outside the UK mainland
Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland need a quote before ordering. Email orders@flexipol.co.uk with your postcode and we'll come back with a price and lead time.
Returns and damaged goods
Damaged or incorrect items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Email orders@flexipol.co.uk with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll collect at no charge and replace or credit.
Unopened stock
Unopened boxes in their original, undamaged condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery, with prior authorisation. Contact us before sending anything back, as unauthorised returns can't be accepted. Return carriage is the buyer's cost unless the goods were faulty or wrongly supplied.
What we can't take back
Opened or used stock, for hygiene reasons. And bespoke orders: anything made to a specific size, gauge or print is made for you and is non-returnable, so check the details before you confirm.
Trade accounts
Businesses that order regularly can apply for a trade account with Net 30 terms. Credit isn't available at the online checkout; approved account orders are placed through our team. Apply via the contact page or email orders@flexipol.co.uk.
