Our 65 micron clear vacuum pouches cost between 1.1p and 15.5p per bag, ex VAT, depending on size. The pouch most kitchens and butchers use every day, 200×300mm, is 2.7p. Gauge and finish move the price more than size does: 130 micron heavy duty is 18.8p a bag, and the gold and parchment retail pouches sit between 5p and 7.2p.

What makes one pouch cost more than another?
Film area. Price tracks the amount of film. A 300×400mm pouch has twice the area of a 200×300mm and costs twice as much per bag, give or take.
Gauge. Thicker film costs more. Our 130 micron pouch is 18.8p against 7.0p for the 65 micron 240×650mm, which is a similar shape. It's worth it on bone-in cuts that puncture standard film, and a waste on everything else. The gauge guide shows where the line is.
Finish. The 80 micron gold pouches, with a gold back, clear front and euro hole for hanging, run from 5.1p to 6.4p. The parchment pouches are 6.8p and 7.2p. Blue pouches cost a little more than the clear in the same size: 6.8p against 5.4p at 300×400mm.
Buying the right size saves more than shopping around
A pouch one size too big costs more on every pack, and the extra film just gets folded over. Packing 500g of mince in a 250×350mm pouch instead of a 200×250mm costs 3.9p instead of 2.2p. Over 10,000 packs a year that's £170 for film nobody needed.
A pouch that's too small costs more again, because a failed seal throws away the product inside it, and that's worth far more than any pouch.
How do delivery and box quantities work?
-
Minimum order: one box. Most sizes are boxes of 1,000; larger sizes come in 500 or 400; the 140×170mm comes in 2,000.
-
Delivery: free on orders over £120 ex VAT. Below that, a flat £7.90 plus VAT. On a single £27 box, delivery adds about 0.8p a bag, so it's usually worth adding a second size to clear £120.
-
Speed: order by 12pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch and next-working-day delivery to UK mainland.
-
Large orders: online orders are capped at £2,000. For pallets, contact us for a quote.
All prices are ex VAT; VAT is added at checkout. The delivery page has the full terms.
Who this isn't for
These prices are for smooth pouches that only work in chamber vacuum machines. If you've got a domestic edge sealer, they won't seal, however cheap they look. Check the compatibility page first.
