Clear Pouches - 65Mu

Our clear 65 micron vacuum pouches are made for professional food storage where clarity matters. Manufactured in the UK, they give you the durability of a manufacturer-grade film in a pouch you can order online in trade quantities.

These pouches are built for butchers, meat processors, and artisan food producers who need to see their product while protecting it. Dairy and cheese makers rely on them for consistent shelf presentation. Sous vide restaurants and fish smokers choose this specification because 65 micron balances puncture resistance with visual appeal, so your customers see premium product rather than opaque packaging.

At 65 microns, these pouches offer real protection. They are puncture-resistant enough for sharp bones and demanding handling, yet clear enough that the product inside sells itself. The thickness is measured in microns, 65 micrometres of film, which sits at the professional middle of the range between flimsy domestic pouches and unnecessarily heavy industrial grades. You get the right gauge for food retail, not overkill for your application.

Flexipol is the only true UK film extruder selling vacuum pouches direct to SMEs. Extruding the film rather than starting from bought-in stock is what keeps gauge and seal performance consistent from one batch to the next. Every pouch meets BRC AA certification, the highest food-safety grade in UK food packaging manufacture, and Flexipol is an M&S approved supplier. 40 years of manufacturing experience runs through every batch, as part of the Synnovia Group.

These pouches are designed for chamber vacuum machines only. They work with commercial chamber sealers, the equipment most professional food businesses already own or rent. They are not compatible with domestic edge-seal machines such as FoodSaver or handheld sealers. If you are unsure whether your equipment qualifies, contact us and we will confirm it before you order.

Order by 12pm and your stock arrives the next working day. Choose the pouch size that fits your product, from compact portions to large format. We hold standard sizes in stock and can discuss custom runs for larger volumes. Free UK delivery on orders over £120.
